Our team consists of over 80 people. We are passionate about IT and are constantly expanding our knowledge and skills. We take our goals seriously and work to achieve them. But above all, we are people and work with people. That is why we treat our customers, each other and business partners with respect and loyalty. We do not create rigid company processes. We value common sense and open communication. We do not have an extensive structure, which makes it easier for us to collaborate and share knowledge.

Our technical team consists of three departments and a support line
I SUPPORT LINE
IT consultants work on the front lines and continuously respond to our clients’ requests. They solve technical problems or escalate them to more experienced people in the company.
5 BANDS
Each team consists of IT specialists and administrators who provide comprehensive support to customers. They deal with tasks related to Microsoft software: O365, Exchange, Windows Server, among others. Our employees also participate in projects such as migration to Office 365, server virtualization, implementation of HA solutions, backup solutions.
NETWORK DEPARTMENT
Implements and administers LAN/WAN networks based on the latest technologies, including Fortinet, Cisco, Ubiquiti. It also manages all services based on LINUX systems. As part of their competencies, the experts in the network department also carry out audits for new customers.

Helpdesk Consultant
You continually respond to messages from our customers. You solve technical problems or pass them on to more experienced people in the company.
IT specialist
You will move to one of the teams that looks after a specific customer group. You will provide comprehensive support to selected companies.
IT Administrator
You work like specialists in one of the teams. You take on more technically complex tasks.
Team Leader
You lead a team of 5-7 people and work together with the management.
