2. Microsoft 365 Business Basic   (formerly: Office 365 Business Essentials)

Here, in addition to Exchange Online, we also have access to many of the applications that have made Office 365 so popular for businesses. These include Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive with a capacity of 1 TB, browser versions of the programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

3. Microsoft 365 Business Standard   (formerly Office 365 Business Premium)

This license includes all applications available for Microsoft 365 Business Basic and also allows you to install Office applications on the device, which means in practice it is a classic Office suite with Word, Excel or Power Point.

In the Microsoft 365 Business plan family, we also have two other licenses: Microsoft 365 Apps for Business and Microsoft 365 Business Premium, which are significantly less popular than the three main plans mentioned above.
