Over the course of our many years of operation, we have developed a way of working that ensures a rapid response to any problems that arise in the operation of servers. Our entire response system consists of a properly calibrated IT monitoring mechanism and operational procedures in the event of a failure. The most important task of any server administrator is maintaining the backup copy.
