Helpdesk Specialist
Place of work: Warsaw 5,500 PLN – 8,500 PLN gross UoP

What will you do?
- Solving our customers’ IT problems
- End user support (remote and on-site visits)
- Performing administrative tasks on Windows 2012/2016/2019 servers
- Participation in projects such as: corporate migration to virtual environments, email migration to Office365, etc.
What do we need from you?
- Approximately one year of experience in helpdesk/IT support
- Knowledge of TCP/IP-based network problems
- Knowledge of Windows server environments, AD, MsExchange, Office365 issues
- Driving license. B
- English at B2 level
- We want you to be able to easily build and maintain relationships with customers
- We also value people who want to learn and get involved in what they do
